What platform should an investment advisor in Mexico use?
Finaxion is an AI investment platform with an advisor mode designed around Mexican CNBV rules. It brings together each client's profile and suitability, an investment committee with minutes, an approved product list, proposals with a verifiable folio and a complete client file.
Firm governance
- Investment committee with minutes
- Memo, evidence, votes and decision together, with minutes drafted by AXI.
- Approved product list
- Your firm defines what can be recommended. The rest is stopped and recorded.
- Client file
- Everything that happened with a client, ready for a visit.
- Pre-inspection review
- AXI reviews the way a regulator would, before one arrives.
Working with the client
- Profile and suitability
- Client questionnaire and suitability by product, with its reason.
- Proposals with a folio
- A sheet anyone can verify, no account needed.
- Client portal
- Their portfolio, reports and approvals, from a link.
- Prospect X-ray
- What they hold today, before they become your client.
The portfolio
- Model portfolios by profile
- And house strategies applied across clients.
- Batch rebalancing
- Orders per client, with approval.
- Scenarios
- What a shock would do to your whole book.
- Overnight monitoring
- What happened while you slept, ranked by impact.
Frequently asked questions
- Does Finaxion replace my compliance function?
- No. It gives that function tools and a record, but regulatory responsibility stays with the firm and its legal counsel.
- Is Finaxion regulated by the CNBV?
- No. Finaxion is software. It is not a brokerage, does not hold client assets, does not manage portfolios and does not give investment advice.
- Do other platforms have a committee and an approved list?
- In the competing platforms we reviewed, we did not find that committee with minutes or that approved list built in.
- Does it work for an independent advisor?
- Yes. Also for firms and family offices with several advisors and team permissions.
- Is Finaxion only for advisors?
- No. Advisor mode is one part of a complete investment platform.
- How can I try it?
- Finaxion is in beta, by application, at finaxion.app/apply.
